Desert Life pharmacy has always gone above and beyond our expectations. The advice given has, at least in one case, been life saving. We both love going to the pharmacy because everyone there is is not only friendly they also listen to us! We won’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful, cozy, and comfortable pharmacy in Saddlebrooke. My only previous pharmacy experiences have been Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart, so it's nice to come into an environment that has a more personal touch to it. The atmosphere isn't stressful or corporate, and the staff and customers don't have the agitated rush or the burnt-out looks that I usually see at other pharmacies. I was here for an immunization, which went quickly and smoothly. Their website made it easy to schedule, and they were available right on time. I plan to transfer my regular prescriptions here with my next refill.

We are sadly aware of the problems facing friends and family in other parts of Arizona and the country in their receiving the Covid vaccine and we consider ourselves to be extremely lucky to have Desert Life and Senior Village in making the vaccine available and administered in such a timely and efficient manner. Many thanks to all at the pharmacy and the many volunteers for this heroic success. We are the envy of those who, in many cases haven't even heard of a plan to get their vaccinations. This is new but essential in our neighborhood. Brianne Spaeth is the owner, and apparently also a magician as she continues to make good things happen in Saddlebrooke. She has been a powerful in helping us get Covid shots, and although the store is small, the merchandising is outstanding and the prices on sundries are very fair. Every single staff member is very, very nice and easy to deal with. I wish it were possible to give more than 5 stars!

Desert life is very convenient and very accommodating never think of Desert life when getting my prescriptions at the last minute but I am using all the time now

Very compassionate pharmacist! I had problems getting a refill and she was wonderful, she spent time with me, even though it was busy. This type of service is not available elsewhere.

I’ve never had a pharmacy with this level of customer focus. The service level is worlds above any chain pharmacy on the planet and I can’t stress enough how pleased we’ve been. While we were aware a pharmacy had opened nearby, we didn’t try them until recently when by chance they had a test everywhere else was out of stock. We’ve been completely amazed by their expertise and level of customer centric focus across the board. I can’t recommend them enough and encourage anyone seeking a pharmacy to definitely try them out. One of the best things to happen to Saddlebrooke in the 10 years we’ve been here.

I came into Desert Life Pharmacy at 2 minutes to 5pm. They were ready to close. I was in severe pain from bilateral ear infections and strep throat.. I was seen in an urgent care facility earlier that day and waited 4 hours to be seen. When in went into the pharmacy and staff were ready to go home. Brianne Speth the head pharmacist took care of me. She was so efficient and kind. My urgent care center had not sent my prescription to the right pharmacy and Brianne was able to retrieve it and get it filled. I practiced Oral and Maxillofacial surgery for 34 years and we would see people routinely at the last minute who were in pain. I was grateful to see some one who cared enough to stay and fix my problem. Thank you Brianne
